Kevin P. Bilder, M.Ed., brings 25+ years of leadership in higher education. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. As the creator of Life Guides & Templates, he designs practical, research-informed tools that help people bring more clarity, confidence, and connection into their everyday lives.
Why he creates the guides
Kevin creates Life Guides & Templates because the tools he kept wishing existed — calm, structured, and genuinely doable — were hard to find. After more than 25 years leading teams and helping people navigate change, he began translating that experience into workbooks anyone can open at a kitchen table: no jargon, no hype, just thoughtful prompts and practical frameworks.
Every guide starts from the same question: what would make the next step clearer? The workbooks pair research-informed methods — from SMART goals and WOOP to relationship research — with warm, plain language, so progress feels possible on an ordinary Tuesday, not just on January 1st. Professor Otto may be the face on the cover, but Kevin’s fingerprints are on every framework inside.
